Hannah + Chris - Energetic, Colourful Fairyhill Swansea Wedding Photography

(Full highlights below)

Capturing Chris and Hannah's wedding was a deeply personal and heartwarming experience. These two dear friends, whom I had known since school and college, were tying the knot, and I couldn't have been more honored to be their photographer.

The day began with bridal preparations at Hannah's family home in the charming coastal town of Mumbles. Despite the rain, the bridal party's determination to walk to the local church created an unforgettable scene. Neighbors rallied together, carrying a full-sized gazebo through the streets to shelter everyone from the downpour.

The ceremony was nothing short of emotional magic. We braved the rain with umbrellas for a confetti shower, and it felt like a fairytale. Chris and Hannah took a brief escape across the road to Gin & Juice, where they shared a quiet, celebratory drink on the top terrace.

The reception, held at the enchanting Fairyhill, was a spectacle in itself. Arriving in their Mini Cooper with the roof down, Chris and Hannah were met with cheers and applause from their eagerly awaiting guests. We captured some truly candid, chilled, and fun photographs that perfectly encapsulated their joy.

The speeches were a highlight, with emotions running high and original anecdotes that had me shedding a few tears behind the camera. As the day turned into night, the energy level soared. The dance floor was packed with guests grooving to the tunes of the incredible band, Indienational.

Chris and Hannah's wedding was more than just a celebration of their love; it was a testament to friendship, community, and resilience in the face of unexpected rain. It was an honor to document this unforgettable day, and I'm grateful to have shared in their joy.

Wishing Chris and Hannah so much love!
