Jack & Nia's Colourful DIY Wedding at Nanteos, Aberystwyth - Photography Highlights
As a wedding photographer, any opportunity for photographing a wedding in a place that holds personal significance is always a pleasure, when Jack & Nia got in touch about their wedding in Aberystwyth I was so excited! I lived in Aber for three years for University, also the place where Jack & Nia met one another!
The wedding itself was just awesome to put it simply, with wildflowers adorning every corner and an absolute ton of confetti fluttering in the air as they left their ceremony. The rain, though threatening, held off, allowing us to venture to Aberystwyth's North Beach, a place that held deep significance for the couple. There’s something magical about Aber, those who know will understand. When Jack & Nia said they’d love some photos on the seafront facing North Beach and Constitution Hill, the location where Jack proposed to Nia, I was well up for it!
Nia put on her Dr. Marten boots and we grabbed umbrellas just in case, before heading down for some fun couple wedding portraits on the Aberystwyth seafront.
The evening festivities were a delightful DIY affair, with Jack and Nia orchestrating the entertainment and hosting a brilliant silent disco which was a proper laugh!
To be entrusted with capturing these precious moments was an honor I will forever cherish.
To Jack and Nia, I wish you a lifetime of happiness, adventure, and endless love. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your incredible wedding day, and may your love continue to shine as brightly as an Aber sunset!
